SIMPLE. SAFE. FLEXIBLE. KEYENCE offers the ultimate solution for robot-controlled handling tasks. The 3D robot vision system developed by KEYENCE offers the perfect combination of hardware and software in the field of bin picking.
Ever decreasing batch sizes or increasing employee costs, create very big challenges. With these difficult tasks in mind, KEYENCE has newly developed the 3D Robot Vision System: It enables you to have components fed by a robot - regardless of shape, colour or material. Component variants can be taught in with just a few clicks. In addition, complex robot programming is no longer necessary, as the path planning calculates the required movements in advance and avoids collisions and singularities.
Typical applications of bin picking in combination with our 3D robot vision system include palletising, depalletising, pre-separated components such as in trays, bulk goods and components on the conveyor.
